Our machine park is constantly expanding, modernized, and adjusted to the market needs, and it includes, among others:
- CNC PLASMA CUTTER
We have a high-class CNC plasma cutter with an additional oxy-fuel torch. The cutter is used for processing sheet metal from structural and stainless steel with the following parameters:
- thickness range of 1-30 mm,
- oxy-fuel up to 80 mm,
and aluminum:
- range of 1.2-25 mm.
The cutter enables not only the processing of sheet metal but also pipes. Cutting pipes with an automatic rotator outside the working area allows cutting various shapes in pipes with the following parameters:
- max pipe length of 5000 mm,
- pipe diameter of 33.7-300 mm,
- max wall thickness of 15 mm.
- BAND SAW
The dimensions of the cut detail can be up to 440 mm.
- 5-AXIS PIPE BENDER – PROVAR 5 SERIES 90
A high-quality fully automated 5-axis pipe bender. The PROVAR 5 Series 90 can bend pipes up to 90 mm in diameter and has two equipment levels for a fixed and variable radius as well as for two different fixed radii.
- HYDRAULIC AND ECCENTRIC PRESSES
HYDRAULIC AND ECCENTRIC PRESSES with a force of 16-160 tons, equipped with a very rich tooling store, allowing for cutting, bending, and stamping of many complex shapes with high and repeatable quality.
- UNIVERSAL CUTTING AND STAMPING MACHINE – GEKA
